Be a Local Site

Support mothers who donate their milk by becoming a shipping supply site in your community.

We are looking for businesses on all islands to be part of our Shipping Supply Site Project. This entails displaying brochures about human milk donation; connecting potential donors to Mothers’ Milk Bank of San Jose for screening; housing approximately 2-3 coolers with shipping supplies inside of them; and providing these coolers/shipping supplies to donors in your community once they are approved by the Mothers’ Milk Bank of San Jose. Local Shipping Supply Site Reporting and Order Requests 

If you are already a shipping supply site, please remember to submit your reports at least quarterly. We recommend inputting your data each time you distribute a cooler (it should take less than 5 minutes). You can submit your reports and request more supplies here.
